Shipping and Returns
At the moment we are only shipping within Australia. We use Australia Post and due to covid-19 delivery times have been affected, including express shipping. All of our items are tracked and you will receive a tracking number with a shipping notification email once we have processed your order.
The shipping options that are available are:
- Free shipping on orders over $100.
- Standard shipping for $7. Items arrive 3-6 days after shipping notification is received*.
- Express shipping for $10. Items arrive 1 – 3 days after shipping notification is received*.
*This is for metro areas in SA, QLD, NSW, VIC and TAS. Deliveries to regional areas and to WA and NT will take a few extra days.
Due to hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of bralettes and not underwear. For bralettes we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it arrived in. Please note that the return shipping costs back to us are at the customer’s expense. We will cover the costs of delivering the new item to you.
If you have received a faulty item (underwear or bralette) contact us and we will organise a replacement.
To start a return or exchange contact us at email@example.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
